The personal data you provide to us:

If you order goods or services from us, we need the data marked as mandatory during the ordering process (primarily your surname and first name, and delivery address). Without this information, we would not be able to deliver the goods correctly to you. For the sale of goods or services, we also need your email address, to which we can send the confirmation of your order – which also serves as proof of the concluded sales contract – along with the business terms and the complaints policy.

When ordering goods or services, you may also fill in the optional data fields. These help us to better and more efficiently fulfil the concluded contract. For example, if you provide your telephone number, we can inform you about the delivery of the goods, etc. Providing optional data is voluntary.

After the delivery of the goods, you may receive an email message inviting you to rate the purchased goods.

If you contact us through our customer service line or send us a message, we also process the personal data provided in such communication.

By filling in optional data in the user profile, you provide us with additional personal data, such as frequently used delivery addresses.

Automatically processed personal data:

When you visit our website, we may collect certain information about you, such as your IP address, the date and time of your visit, information about your internet browser, operating system, or selected language. We may also process additional information about your behaviour during your visit to our website, such as which pages you visited and which products you viewed. However, in order to protect your privacy, the information related to your website visits is anonymous, and therefore we cannot assign it to a specific user or individual.

If you access our website via a mobile phone or another similar device, or through one of our mobile applications, we may process data about your portable device (data about your mobile phone, information saved regarding application errors, etc.).

Cookies:

A cookie is essentially a small text file created during visits to certain websites. It serves as a standard tool for storing information about the use of our pages.

This way, we are able to distinguish (but not identify) individual users and adapt content to specific preferences. Cookies are important. Without them, browsing the internet would be much more complicated.

These files are used for several purposes. On our online store’s website and in our mobile applications we use the following:

Technical cookies: we use technical cookies so that our online store can function properly (e.g., to allow you to create a user profile, log in, and purchase goods or services). Without these cookies, our online store could not function at all.

Functional cookies: these help you avoid having to log in repeatedly and constantly reset your preferences (such as the language of the store). In this case, the password is always encrypted. The use of these cookies is not mandatory, but they make visiting our store more pleasant and easier.

Conclusion and fulfilment of contracts

  • Purchase of goods and services: we primarily process your personal data to carry out and deliver your order in accordance with the contract. Should any problems arise, we know who to contact thanks to your personal data.
  • Customer relations: if you contact us with a question/problem, we must process your personal data in order to answer/resolve it. In some cases, personal data may also be passed on to third parties (e.g., to the carrier).
  • User account: thanks to the personal data provided in your user profile, you gain access to a number of useful functions (for example, if you provide your phone number, we can easily notify you of the delivery of your order). You may change the data provided at any time, except for your email address, which serves as access to your user account.

Conclusion and fulfilment of contracts

We mainly need your personal data in order to conclude a sales or other contract with you for the goods or services you wish to purchase from us. After the conclusion of the contract, we process your personal data so that we can deliver the purchased goods to you in accordance with the contract or provide the services you have purchased in accordance with the contract. On this legal basis, we primarily process billing and delivery information.

Legitimate interests

We also use your personal data to provide you with relevant content that is of legitimate interest to you. Based on legitimate interest, we mainly process automatically collected personal data and cookies.

Transfer of personal data to third parties

We transfer personal data to third parties in the following cases: If you saved your credit card details in our online store to speed up future purchases, we only have basic data, e.g. the first and last four digits of your card. If you want to delete these details as well, simply log in to your user account and delete the saved card details.

If paying by card via mobile phone, you will be redirected to the secure server of the payment gateway. If paying by card via computer, communication with the payment gateway server takes place via an iframe (i.e. the payment gateway page appears on our website without the need for redirection). In this way, your card details do not reach our company, but are transmitted securely directly to the payment gateway provider. After processing the payment, the gateway sends the data to the relevant bank, again via secure transmission. If you save your card for faster and easier purchases with us, your credit card details will again be saved with the payment gateway, while the data transfer will again take place only between you and the payment gateway. (optional)

Goods delivery: the carrier you select could not deliver the ordered goods without us providing them with the specific delivery address. The data passed on to the carrier depends on what you provide in your order. The data passed on typically includes your first and last name, delivery address, and contact phone number, and if the goods have not been prepaid, also the amount payable on delivery. The carrier may only process the personal data provided for the purpose of delivering the goods and is obliged to delete them immediately afterwards.

Delivery of goods stored by a contractual partner: if you order goods stored in the warehouse of our contractual partner, we must provide them with your personal data to complete the order. The data passed on typically includes your first and last name, delivery address, and contact phone number, and if the goods have not been prepaid, also the amount payable on delivery. The contractual partner must pass the provided personal data on to the carrier delivering the goods; otherwise, the carrier would not be able to deliver them. Both our company, the contractual partner storing the goods, and the carrier are obliged to use the personal data provided exclusively for storing/delivering the goods, and then immediately delete them.

Credit cards: our company does not have access to the credit card details used to pay for goods. Your credit card details are only available to the secure payment gateway and the relevant financial institution.

If you saved your card details in our online store to speed up purchases (optional), we only have access to basic data such as the first and last few digits of the card.

We process personal data based on these legal grounds
